Individual Therapy

I most often see individuals experiencing the following: depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, difficulty with self-acceptance, relationship issues, problems managing and expressing emotion, identity issues, fertility struggles, career challenges, or stage of life transitions. In therapy, I will challenge and support you in ways that can help you understand the reasons for your struggles and identify creative pathways for overcoming them.

Sessions are 50 minutes, 1-2 meetings/wk.

Couples Therapy

Developing and maintaining connected relationships is a primary source of meaning in life. Yet, relationships can often be difficult. I work with couples to understand the underlying dynamics associated with conflicts that arise in relationships. I’ll help you learn to approach your loved one with increased self-awareness and emotional attunement.

Sessions are 50 minutes, 1-2 meetings/wk.

Workshops/Group Therapy

I teach workshops in the area of positive psychology and facilitate group therapy for a broad range of issues. Please check back for specific dates regarding these workshops and therapy groups.
